Korcula. On our own the first night in Korčula, I took the opportunity to have just a salad,
although this turned out to be a bit heartier than I was expecting. Still, a change from all the meat-heavy dishes.
This was basically tomatoes, fresh cheese, probably mozzarella, cucumber and capers with a few hints of lettuce.
Very refreshing.
