Rome_Capitoline_museum_Commodus_as_Hercules. After wandering through
the Jewish ghetto area, we toured part of the Capitoline Hill Museums. Most of Commodus' images
were deleted after his death, but someone managed to save this nifty bit of marble carving.
Apparently, Commodus didn't have all his marbles and liked to wander around
making believe he was Hercules.
