Reims_chicken_salad. We were wandering around Reims after checking in and stopped into a busy local
place for lunch. The very friendly French couple next to us were having one of the daily specials
and it looked so good we ordered it, too. There actually is a salad underneath all that
egg, chicken, and potato. Very hearty.
