Vernazza_spaghetti_with_clams. A group of us hiked from Cornelia to Vernazza
on the Cinque Terre. Our treat to ourselves was lunch overlooking the little harbor.
This sounded too good and it was definitely another OMG! special; so simple but so good.
I licked the plate clean on this one. I think the clams were cooked in olive oil,
garlic, white wine and a little parsley then tossed with the spaghetti.
