hand-made ceramic poppies each intended to represent one British or Colonial Serviceman killed in WWI.
The last poppy was to be planted on November 11, 2014. We were lucky enough to see this on a day with hardly anyone
else there, so did not have to fight the crowds that became common as Armistice day approached.
Incredibly moving and sad.
