Our first night in Salzburg turned out to be an overload of big events. This is the Salzburg milk festival
held in Mirabell Gardens; anyone dressed in white got in free. It was basically to show support
for all the dairy farmers; much interesting music and performance art. It was also the
"Long Night of the Churches" where all the churches in town were open and had either music,
art, plays, or particapatory performance art. The votive candle maze
in the main cathedral was the best, I thought.
