Greek_salad_and_saganaki. These two items were on every menu wherever we went.
We marveled at how ripe the tomatoes were everywhere and notice the large slab
of feta cheese...no little crumbles here. The saganaki (fried hard cheese) was
served warm with fresh lemon to squeeze on it. Who needed anything else?
