Amalfi_town. The path, and it was just a path, all done in stone, headed up the canyon behind the town.
The green coverings are for the lemon groves which are everywhere in this area. They cover the trees in
hot weather and then uncover them when it's more temperate - all by hand. The lemon variety
they grow here is unique and is the source of tons of limoncello.
