Beaune_eggs_meurette. A specialty in the Burgundy region, it wasn't on the menu but we saw someone
else order it and they liked it, so several of us ordered it for dinner the next day. The eggs were perfectly poached
with runny yolks and the sauce is a red wine reduction, similar to the base for the boeuf bourguignon that the region
is also known for. We all pretty much licked the plate clean on this one.
